ProZippy respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to support@prozippy.com
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. Include your registered mobile number or email ID

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Personal details (name, phone number, email)
• Service history linked to your account
• Any stored preferences or identifiers

Processing Time

All valid data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

Important Notes

• Some data may be retained if required by law or for dispute resolution
• You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
